The Barre fitness studio and lounge is a boutique fitness studio created to promote and encourage a healthy lifestyle… both physical and mental.

Who we Are...

We are an original concept, one of a kind small business passionate about our community and improving the lives of our clients through fitness and friendship. In our studio rooms we offer low impact exercise classes that focus on strength, balance and longevity in your body. Our lounge was made to be a place of gathering and friendship. Come for in for the workout and stay for the community.

Life is Busy. So often our own health & wellness gets put on the backburner to fit everything else in our schedules. But our bodies, our physical & mental health, should be one of our top priorities. We get our one body for the rest of our lives. We need to treat ourselves with the love, kindness and respect we deserve. Take the time to care for yourself. I promise, it will change your life.

An exercise class combining ballet, pilates and yoga exercises. Barre class is a low impact exercise form that uses your body weight as resistance, works on strengthening the entire body and has a strong focus on correct body alignment. Small props will be used in class to enhance exercises and postures.


A high intensity, low impact cardio class that uses a stationary bike. Classes will take you through the various stages of aerobic exercise using different body positions (i.e standing vs sitting), pedal speed and resistance.


Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India. Class will move through a series of postures (“asanas”) and includes focus on the mind body connection, breath control and simple meditation. Yoga is widely practiced for health and relaxation.


Total resistance exercise (TRX) uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX suspension trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
