Barre

An exercise class combining ballet, pilates and yoga exercises. Barre class is a low impact exercise form that uses your body weight as resistance, works on strengthening the entire body and has a strong focus on correct body alignment. Small props will be used in class to enhance exercises and postures.

Cycle

A high intensity, low impact cardio class that uses a stationary bike. Classes will take you through the various stages of aerobic exercise using different body positions (i.e standing vs sitting), pedal speed and resistance.

Yoga

Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India. Class will move through a series of postures (“asanas”) and includes focus on the mind body connection, breath control and simple meditation. Yoga is widely practiced for health and relaxation.

TRX

Total resistance exercise (TRX) uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX suspension trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
